This booking is for a specific course starting on a particular day and consisting of several sessions with limited capacity. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate missed individual sessions or transfer you to another course. Therefore, it is essential to make arrangements to attend ALL sessions.
If you decide to cancel your classes, you can receive a full refund if you do so at least seven days before the first class begins. If you cancel within seven days of the first class, we will try to resell your spot. If we are successful, we will refund you. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds once the course has started, as we cannot resell a spot for part of a course. Please note that this policy does not affect your consumer rights.
Some dogs may not be suitable for a class environment. This includes dogs that bark and lunge at other dogs, dogs that are too anxious to eat during class, or dogs that are generally disruptive to the class. Although we will make every effort to accommodate the needs of all dogs in attendance using barriers and separate areas, there may be occasions when you are asked to leave the class. In such cases, you may need to book a 1:1 session to address your dog's issues, which will be at an additional cost.
We may take photos and videos of you and your dog during classes for advertising purposes. These photos and videos may be posted on social media, websites, and other advertising platforms. Please inform your trainer if you do not wish to be included in the photos.
We encourage the entire family to participate in their dog's training. However, we kindly request that children under the age of 8 do not attend the classes. If children do attend, they must be supervised at all times and kept away from other dogs in the class. It is essential that children do not disrupt the class, and they may be asked to leave if they become disruptive. Some dogs may be nervous around children, especially if they are running around or making loud noises, so we ask that you please be considerate of the other attendees in the class.
