It is acknowledged that the condition and characteristics of the paddock may fluctuate depending on seasonal and weather-related factors.
The utilisation of the paddock is entirely at your own risk. LNZ Dog Training disclaims any liability for the death or injury of any person or dog using the facility, or for any property damage. Furthermore, LNZ Dog Training shall not be held responsible for any losses, claims, actions, damages, expenses, or other liabilities incurred by you while present at LNZ Dog Training.

You agree not to permit entry to any individuals other than friends and family for whom you intend to use the paddock.
A maximum of two vehicles are allowed per booking unless prior arrangements have been made.
Dog Safety
There has been a concerning increase in the incidence of dog thefts nationwide. It is advisable to implement all necessary precautions to ensure that your puppies and dogs remain within your visual range at all times.
While fences and gates are intended to reduce the likelihood of escape, it is imperative to assess whether the boundaries are appropriate for your puppies and dogs before releasing them from your vehicle or without a leash. LNZ Dog Training disclaims any responsibility or liability for dogs that escape the paddock. Please also refrain from allowing your puppies or dogs to dig around the fence boundaries of the paddock.
The fences and gates will be inspected regularly; however, damage can occasionally occur. Should you observe any damage or issues, please get in touch with 07513 867000 immediately and refrain from using the paddock until the matter is resolved.
