Rules and Regulations

• Please kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change an appointment.

• To make sure everyone has a safe and pleasant visit, we ask that all visitors follow some simple rules, such as cleaning up after your pet and avoiding aggressive behaviour.

Please DO:

• Please remember to pick up your dog’s poo and dispose of it in the bins around the paddock. 

• We hope you enjoy and respect the dog paddock. 

• Kindly close all gates when entering and exiting, and please arrive and leave at your designated time. 

• Feel free to bring your own toys, but don’t forget to take them home with you afterwards. 

• Be considerate of other users, and if you notice any problems or damage, please report them. 

• We also recommend reading our Terms and Conditions to ensure everyone has a safe and pleasant experience.

• Please exit 5 minutes before the end of your session.

Please DON’T:

• Please refrain from climbing over any fences or gates.

• Enter only at your scheduled time.

• We kindly request that you do not bring your dog if it is feeling unwell.

• Children should not play on the dog play equipment.

• Children and dogs should be supervised at all times.

• Do not allow your dog to dig in the paddock or near the fence.

• We would appreciate it if you could take your rubbish home with you and avoid leaving any behind.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

• Please refrain from lighting fires or barbecues.
