Welcome to LNZ Dog Training Paddock Hire
LNZ Dog Training and Paddock is proudly owned and run by its founder, Lisa Sharp, and it’s named after her and her beloved Romanian rescues, Nova and Zack.
Lisa is a certified Dog Trainer (CDT-DTC) with extensive experience in education, training, and coaching.
The LNZ dog training paddock is open to you every day! Just a quick reminder that hours might shift a bit with the changing daylight. Also, don’t forget to leash your dogs and puppies when they’re entering or leaving the fenced area. We’re looking forward to seeing you and your lovely dogs and puppies having fun at the paddock!
The paddock has been created as a safe and enjoyable space for your dog or puppy to socialise and exercise. Come and experience the joy of off-lead play at LNZ Dog Training Paddock – it’s a lovely way for your dog to have fun and make new friends!

We are dedicated to encouraging responsible pet ownership by providing training services or hiring the paddock to help strengthen the bond between dogs and puppies and their owners, ultimately contributing positively to our community.
Welcome to LNZ Dog Training Paddock Hire
Discover a lovely dog walking, exercise, and activity paddock located in Dowsby Fen, Dowsby, Bourne, Lincolnshire. It’s a welcoming space where the paddock is perfectly flat and secure, making it ideal for you and your dog to enjoy some quality time together, whether you’re exercising, training, or just having fun!
The Paddock is for Private Hire in 30 or 60-minute sessions! It’s surrounded by secure 6ft fencing and includes a fun play area for dogs along with cosy picnic benches for their humans to relax on. You can:
- Park up to two cars per booking for your field hire.
- Relax on the large, flat land or play in the spacious area.
- The perimeter is safely enclosed with 6ft fencing.
- An enclosed large parking area makes parking convenient.
- Double airlock gates to prevent dogs or puppies from escaping when entering or leaving the paddock.
- Sit comfortably at the picnic table.
- Fresh water is available for refreshment.
- There’s a spacious undercover field shelter equipped with tables and chairs for both dogs and their owners.
The paddock is suitable for:
- Owners, trainers, dog walkers, and all dog lovers!
- Whether you're caring for dogs with poor recall, reactive pups, puppies, or bitches in season, we're here to support you.
- If you have dogs exhibiting aggressive behaviour or belong to certain breeds, such as Pit Bulls, particularly for insurance considerations, please do not hesitate to contact LNZ Dog Training.
- We're here to help you ensure the safety and happiness of your dogs and puppies!
Opening Times & Prices
The paddock is available at specific times during the summer and winter seasons, and access is only permitted during these hours.
LNZ dog training reserves the right to close the paddock or withdraw permission for its use at any time, which might be necessary for essential maintenance or in case of severe weather.
If LNZ dog training needs to cancel a booking, any prepayment will be happily refunded. However, please note that LNZ dog training isn’t responsible for any other costs or losses that may happen because of the paddock being closed.
